I like these tank replacements. There are 3 holes which makes juice flow good, but not to the point of flooding. Sme of the 3 holes I tried before just flooded way too easy. These have a nice balance. Vaping on a 3.7 ego. A definte reorder! (Posted on 2/20/13)Rating - LOVE THESE!!!Review by David

I love these cartos and use them every day! WHYYYYY are people leaving bad reviews because "leaking/too many holes"???? Evidently they can't read because there are 1 and 2 hole cartos available in ever ohm - not MV's fault that you are illiterate! (Posted on 9/2/12)Rating - Not ImpressedReview by William Michaeli

I bought this on the recommendation from the vape shop I frequent every weekend. My initial impression after filling up was very satisfying. I use a 3.7v ego and have been for several months. The next morning (not even half a day of vaping) I take a hit and barely get anything. Take a few pulls to see if the carty's dry and still barely anything. Tried heating the carty before taking a hit and barely anything. It's not clogged, these things just barely work. (Posted on 7/2/12)Rating - Floods badReview by robert baldessari

The three hole carto came stock with my tank. The first few vapes were great with almost no flooding but after a few hours it started flooding real bad. Every time I vaped I would have to pull the carto out and clear it. I'm glad I read the reviews and purchased extra single hole cartos along with it because those work great. (Posted on 6/17/12)Rating - Phiniac TankReview by William Balsom
-
This carto works well with my Phiniac glass tanks. I prefer pure cinnamon oil which doesn't play nice with plastic tanks. I've gotten these cartos quite warm at times and have yet to detect any burning. I use 50/50 PG/VG base mixes on a Maxi RoughStack V2. (Posted on 5/19/12)Rating - these are what I've been waiting for!Review by Michael Reed
-
Single hole were fine but I have a softer draw so I was constantly dragging to re-wet but these 3 hole are perfect for me. Saturation stays perfect, even with a higher VG mix, and they're good for about a week until they draw hard. I fill in the morning and the 3.5ml tank keeps me all day. Now if only they could be kept in stock...I must say though, these dual coil will SAP your battery. I came from 2.0 ohm single coil cartos charging every 2-3 days to these and now charging battery nightly. (Posted on 5/14/12)Rating - PerfectReview by Robin May

The one hole carts were bad but the three hole carts give perfect delivery. My main choice for vaping. (Posted on 4/30/12)Rating - FantasticReview by Paul Wood

I use 70% PG and this carto is perfect for me. The one holes were fine, however the top of the carto was always dry. The 3 holes keep the carto damp. Nice! I read some have problem with thin juice, so have to see what works best for you. (Posted on 4/21/12)Rating - Amazing improvementReview by Clovis Jako

These Cartos are simply amazing with the tank. Most reliable set up I have found for having a considerable amount of juice. For all of those complaining about the extra holes... ECF members suggest breaking off the tip of a wooden toothpick in holes you dont want to use. I'm personally using the madvapes usa top vapor" juice in them which is relatively thin and I have had no leaks yet." (Posted on 4/15/12)Rating - Go back to 1 hole!!!!Review by stephen davis
-
I wont be buying any cartos from madvapes until they return back to 1 hole punched even 50/50 blend juice instantly floods with 3 holes. 1 hole is a go go but 3 is a no no!!! (Posted on 4/15/12)Rating - to much juiceReview by Susan Neely
-
cut back on the holes. 2 holes would be great. Don't carry it with you because it will fill with a mouth full of juice (Posted on 4/15/12)Rating - Go back to one hole!Review by Harry Jones
-
The one hole design worked great, but by adding two extra holes these things gurgle and flood constantly. Please get rid of the extra holes! (Posted on 4/14/12)Rating - go back to 1 hole plzReview by Christopher Bernard
-
ok so i have some 1 holes and some of the new 3 holes, those of you that are useing the 3 holes with sucuess you must have some really really thick juice. i use madvapes brand menthol and menthol tobacco and mix it 1:1 it's pretty thin and the 1 holes work wonderful. the 3 holes however flood after about 3 hits (Posted on 4/13/12)Rating - my badReview by kiet dang

1.25 ohm won't let me do another review.i tried the same carto again after i clean it. after i thought about it i figured that i filled it wrong. the first time i push the top cap of the tank down and that pressurized the tank, fluid rush into the carto. this time i lift the tank up so that air can escape up and out. now works perfectly. these work great, they have a short life but they work so good and they are cheap so its ok. i just wish they would give a choice on three hole or one hole!!! (Posted on 3/23/12)Rating - multi-punch cartos and satisfying the customers...how toReview by Michael Feltenberger
-
these cartos should be titled by the type of juice that should be run through them. VG juices should get the 3 holes, PG/VG mix should get the 2 holes, and straight PG should get the 1 hole. I've ruined alot of these because my 50/50 mix doesn't wick up properly in the single hole cartos. just a suggestion, but i think it would help alot of people out and make it simpler and easier to order replacement cartos. (Posted on 3/22/12)Rating - leaky unitsReview by Charles Ables
-
the new three hole cartomisers leak or to accurately put it dumps the liquid into the base of my roughstack. it seams either the tube that allows air flow is to short or the have drilled into the tube when they added the other two holes. Very disappointing.the new ones do appear shorter in the middle than the one hole cartomiser (moer metal less packing in the middle)liquid level in the tank goes strait in the battery compartment. quits leaking when level of liquid is two thirds down. (Posted on 3/22/12)Rating - LEAKINGReview by Lori Switala
-
Much leaking. Spitting back in your mouth. 3 holes ruined a good thing! We've had about 2 dozen of these and there is not a one of them that doesn't leak like this, so it has to be the addition of 2 more holes. GO BACK TO ONE HOLE PLEASE!!! (Posted on 3/21/12)Rating - 3 Holes are the TicketReview by Michael Parker

Adding a 2nd and 3rd hole really made a huge difference. I vape all natural VG based e-juice from www.dripeez.com and now it flows like a champ without flooding. Please keep carrying these. (Posted on 3/21/12)Rating - Nice Dual Coil ExperienceReview by Allen Carter

Three holes makes the difference when using a tank, especially if you are using higher percentage VG juices: with a 60/40 VG/PG juice I get great vapor production and flow/feed from the carto (and it works great on my MAP tank, even if the pinholes are not exposed). I did find using a 70/30 VG/PG juice might be a little viscous, however. Stick with a 60/40 or 50/50 and I bet you'll get the same, great results. (Posted on 3/19/12)Rating - FinallyReview by Marc Kaddatz
-
These are the best with thicker liquids. I love more VG and it was hard to use with just the single hole. Finally I can use my darker thicker liquids with no issues. I will by these from now on. Thank you MadVapes! (Posted on 3/17/12)Rating - Not too good nowReview by Daniel Paniccia
-
These used to be good. Recently they decided to drill two more holes because apparently people couldn't figure out how to do a few quick draws to suck more juice into the single hole version. As a result of two extra holes the carty floods and gurgles. I have a few left and am going to plug the extra holes with silicon and see if it works. Too bad they didn't test first. They suck ordered 11 first one was slurping after a couple drags . It would have been nice to Say in bold Text they have changed and have more holes in them than the one we where all use too. Even with it slurping it burned out after the first vaping went to vape it again since it was the only carto's I had ,,it was burned out . Contacted them about replacement of the unopened carts they said tough.@#$%^ we dont cover them evenif they are unopened. (Posted on 3/12/12)Rating - usa paReview by chet honicker

We can't use these with the 3 holes! I guess they are nice if you want a mouth full of juice coming thru the drip tip LOL I need the single hole ones! (Posted on 3/2/12)Rating - DisapointedReview by Mike Wilkinson

OK here you go... I bought the kit with a extra cartomizer. They both worked great! I ordered 15 more replacement cartomizers and the first four I have tried have all been dudes. The part that really pisses me off is I can't find any madvapes contact information. Total waste of money. (Posted on 2/29/12)Rating - Love these Cartomizers!Review by Valerie Dukes

They produce great vapor and no leaking! I am using this on an ego battery with the chrome cone for the 5ml tank. Not only does this adapter cover the threads on your battery I believe it some what decreases he air intake a bit!! Thumbs UP MadVapes! I absolutely love using these carto tanks. They vape very well. I get tons of vape from them. I've tried them all. Some I like at high and some at low voltage. I've had some bad carto's but I've had bad carto's, just using regular Duals. These tanks save time and have very little waste of E-Liquid. I have several mods and have tanks on them all. My only complaint is that they are often out of stock. So try to keep up with the demand please. Thank you Beth Young (Posted on 2/23/12)Rating - Mr.Review by Juho Moilanen

Didn't work so well for me. Loads of vapor and throat hit, but the tiny hole has needed adjustement on every carto I had.. It is simply too small, because I got burnt taste after a while on just an ego battery too. So vapor and throathit are good but the flavor on these seemed a bit diluted on these. Also had three duds of the fifteen I ordered. One of them popped and died on the third vape after filling and soak time. One was measured at 0.1 ohm and the third was shorted from the beginning. These are not to bad, using them with a pro-vape silver bullet. I see a lot of comments with issues about them wicking, I too had the same issues, once you fill the tank you gotta suck the shit out of it (not powered) I found that when i did that the tank would be mostly empty, quick refill and its good till the cart dies. hope this helps (Posted on 2/10/12)Rating - Tiny wicking hole.Review by ryan raney

It... doesn't really wick the thicker juices i have. and i had to drill out the hole to get it to wick at all. ~does not work on lavatube~ no dual coil will (Posted on 2/10/12)Rating - where were these things 3 years ago ??Review by Edward Sullivan

But I've had really good luck with the majority of the 1.5s I've bought. I bought the 2.0 as well and it seems like they have a weaker throat hit. While that's good for some, I'm not a huge fan. Waiting for these to get back in stock :) (Posted on 1/30/12)Rating - Madvapes I love you as a supplier BUT...Review by Martin van Staden

These Cartomizers is absolute garbage!!!I tried to use two of them they don't wick in your tank system and if you use it just on it's own it absolutely just waste the juice. When I use to smoke analoques I never use to cough but these things actually make me cough for the first time in my life. So I WILL NEVER BUY THEM AGAIN!!! You can get the rest that I have left back if you want just pay for the freight! (Posted on 1/29/12)Rating - Love them .. for a weekReview by Tricia Petersen
-
Although others seem to get a longer time out of them, mine only last about a week. After that, the vapor gets very weak. When they do work they're wonderful. All things considered, they are cheap enough for me to continue to use and get the most out of them. (Posted on 1/24/12)Rating - Quality Control - What?Review by Ron Whitney
-
I love the lower ohm vape when they work. I had one where the threads were not finished - unusable. I had one where it died at 3.7 volts after a day of vaping. I agree it's not the cartomizer that comes with the MV tanks. If you want to save yourself the headache then buy the 2.0 or 2.5 ohm version instead. Needs quality control from manufacturer. 5 stars when you get a working one and 1 star when you don't. Overall experience is 2 stars for me. (Posted on 1/13/12)Rating - DisapointedReview by david slaymaker

Like others, the carto that came with my tank system worked awesome! I bought 2 of these for backups. The first one would barely suck up juice, and when it did vape it was really weak. Then it burned out in less than a day. The second one will absorb liquid but not what I would call well. Definatley not like the original did. The vapor produced is very weak too. So far has lasted a few days though. After how thrilled I was with the original set up I just feel extremely let down. (Posted on 1/10/12)Rating - GarbageReview by jayme winans

The original carto that came with the tank vaped wonderfully. The replacements have not been so great. Most of them that I ordered do not vape at all. One I got doesn't do anything and when i screw it on an ego battery it just makes the light blink like the battery is dead which it is not. I would not recomend these to anybody, they suck, I hope they clean up their image. I wasted a good 10 bux on these cartos :( I am only giving them one star because I have to If I could I would give them 0. (Posted on 1/8/12)Rating - Great when they work.Review by Benjamin Tompkins
-
Real hit or miss on these. I love them when i get a working one. I pulled out one the other day and it had no holes above the threads, so was impossible to hit. There goes another 2 bucks out the window. When you figure in the wasted ones, they actually cost 3-4 bucks each cause you get so many bad ones you just have to toss. I still keep punched dual coils around just so i know i have something that works incase i hit a bad batch of these. (Posted on 1/6/12)Rating - KillerReview by Adam Blurton

Love these, Had one DOA and one that fed too much liquid on each draw, flooded the carto. Other than that they are great @ 3.7 (Posted on 1/4/12)Rating - love themReview by Anthony McClintock

As the title says these are hit or miss. The carto's that come with the actual tank seem to work great. The spare carto's I purchased (10) are all either DoA or they just dont hit right, flavor missing, no airflow, barely any vape. Hit or miss! (Posted on 1/2/12)Rating - Just on the edge of dry vaping...Review by Michael Roper
-
My original tank carto had two holes in the side and vaped beautifully. The replacements only came with one hole predrilled. These things do not feed well enough. Like another user said these keep you right on the edge of that running dry vape. Would it kill smoketech to put two holes in these things? Hi to all i bought 10 pieces and they where all dead i repeat all burnt.Do not buy this product i repeat do not buy.I vape almost 2 years and i ve never had this problem. The company also gave me funny excuses i give them -10.I will not buy anything from them again. (Posted on 12/19/11)Rating - The holes need to be biggerReview by Timothy Grisi
-
The holes in the sides of the cartos are not big enough. I bought 5 of these, and had to just top-fill them because the holes would not feed the juice from the tank. My juice was only 10% VG, so that isn't the problem. You need to make the holes bigger. (Posted on 12/18/11)Rating - Not too thrilled....Review by Judy Love

It provides a great throat hit, but the vapor is totally lagging with these. I won't be purchasing the 1.5 ohm again. (Posted on 12/16/11)Rating - TomReview by Thomas Moog
-
eeh... These did not turn out to be what I had hoped for. I have to turn my ProVari down to 3.9 volts before it will even fire it. Even at 3.6V, it doesn't seem to wick fast enough from the tank to keep up with the demand. It always seems to have the just about dry" burned tinge to the flavor. I am ordering some of the 3 ohm ones to see if they are better." (Posted on 12/13/11)Rating - All of these carts are great!Review by Denise Smith

I love these carts. There are times i get a cart that requires a spacer to work, but I just keep a spacer in my modes anyway just to assure i never loss them. and everything always works. (Posted on 12/12/11)Rating - Still needs improvement.Review by Micheal Prater

I use a roughstack v2. I use 306 atomizers and drip them, for comparison. First I followed the directions to a T. I vaped with a 16340, a 18350 and a 18650 all at 3.7 volts. The vapor was just disappointing. Then I gave 5 volts a try, I tried two cartos, neither would fire.I tried 7.4 volts, it fired. First vapes had massive vapor and great flavor, after that it would just cut out after about 1/2 sec. (Posted on 12/11/11)Rating - THESE ARE AWESOMEReview by Nicholas Curtis
