The ARO is a bottom coil clearomizer tank system made by Smok Tech. It is similar to the Kanger M3. Bottom coil clearomizers provide a nice warm vapor, with a superb clean flavor, and reduced wicking issues. The ARO Pyrex has a glass tank, replaceable atomizer head and holds about 2.0mL of e-liquid. The ARO has an eGo connector, but unlike most eGo clearomizers or cartomizers, the ARO uses the outer threads of the eGo battery. Therefore, if you are using a device with a 510 connector it will be necessary to use a 510 to eGo adapter (sold separately). The center post of the connector is unsealed. There is a vent hole in the bottom of the tank which provides the right amount of airflow. Due to the design of the tank we have yet to have one leak. The rubber gaskets keep the e-liquid where it is supposed to be, in the tank wicking to the coil. The V2 version is smaller and less invasive, has a redesigned, more comfortable mouthpiece, and looks really slick on the new ARO batteries.
To fill the ARO: unscrew the bottom atomizer head, hold the tank upside down and fill with about 2.0mL of eLiquid. With the tank mouthpiece-end down, screw the atomizer head back on. To replace the heating element unscrew the bottom of the clearomizer. The heating element unscrews from the base.
The ARO has great vapor. It comes with a 1.8-ohm coil installed and produces excellent vapor and a good hit.

- Good tank for the price. Review by Matthew
I wasn't disappointed with this one. As it's constructed from stainless, it gives a very cool vape until the tank heats up. Two fills in and so far no leaking.
I'm not a big fan of fruity flavors, so I cant tell if "tank crackers" would be an issue, although as its not a plastic tank, it shouldn't be.
My only complaint with this tank is that the air holes whistle. It sounds like blowing on a dog whistle. Compared to the near silent ARO v1 it is very noticeable. This is kind of a let down. But, its still a great tank. (Posted on 8/15/2015)
