Dripper RDA

The Dripper RDA is exactly what you think it is: a rebuildable dripper. This is a very basic design, perfect for someone who wants to get into rebuilding. There's a 1 positive and 1 ground post, ideal for single-coil builds. Airflow has been improved over past RDAs, in that the airflow comes in from a hole in the side, instead of at the bottom of the deck. This also means reduced leaking. The top cap also features an integrated mouthpiece for a uniform look. The Dripper comes with a pre-made 1.8-ohm coil, but really shines when rebuilt with your own wick and wire.

Price is for one (1) Dripper RDA.

  1. Nice easy dripper Review by Sherilyn

I just came back to order another couple of these. I'm working on some making some new juice flavors and these are great for testing.

I drill out the air hole with a 1/16" cobalt drill, put in micro coil and use cotton wick. When I want to try a new recipe I just pull out the old wick, clean the coil and chamber and put in a new cotton wick. Fresh atty to test out the flavor blend.

There are some con's. Wish they had a philips screw top, wish the wire holes where a little larger. But they really are great for testing out new juice! (Posted on 6/27/14)

  2. The Little RDA That Could Review by John

This is a good RDA for beginners for sure. Very simple, no tools except what you need to make your coils. Kinda wish the coil was centered more when finished but no big deal. Has a real small deck to build on. I scratched some markings on the base and cover so i could line up the airhole with the coil without taking it off. It has not leaked nor has it come apart in my pocket. (Posted on 6/24/14)

  3. Awesome little dripper Review by Puffer

I've bought lots of toys - drippers, tanks, cartos, LOTS, and it's always fun. This is astonishing. For $6 it's my favorite ever atomizer. Because no tank, it doesn't leak on airplanes, and so far hasn't come apart in my pocket (unlike the Optimus has repeatedly). The hole in the built-in mouthpiece is a great size for easy dripping and it holds enough wicking for half a dozen drops or so. Turning the top moves the position of the air hole for adjustable vapor. Easy, great taste, great clouds and wait.

    $5.99? Wow (Posted on 6/13/14)

  4. One more thing.. Review by Brandon

The top of it doesn't really stay on well considering the rubber holders on it are thin. I used a small rubber band to ensure it holds on tight so I don't lose the top! (Posted on 4/3/14)

  5. Tiny but powerful Review by Brandon

They sure don't lie when they say it's good for noobs to dripping. It's a lot tinier than I had expected but hits great. Perfect for the price and I recommend it, aside from the fact it's only about an inch in size. I'd get a bigger one if you really want to get into rebuilding. (Posted on 4/3/14)

  6. Works great, easy to use Review by Hunter

The only cons are that it's small so there's not a lot of space to use. I went through a couple coils just learning how to build it the right way (i'm stubborn). The stock coil rips alright but it's obviously better if you just build your own to suit your needs. Definitely want to drill a bigger airhole. Overall it rips pretty damn fat and i'm really pleased with it. Was bummed that it didn't work on my MVP 2 but i found an old VV ego that works fine. Can't wait until i get a mech mod for this beast (Posted on 3/23/14)

  7. Great value! Easy to set up! Review by JohnnySmokestack

Be sure to align the air hole with your coil. I wrap 1.5 ohm coils with cotton wicking for drip tasting my DIY juices. I LOVE this thing. (Posted on 3/5/14)

  8. No Complaints..... Review by Kaz

this thing hit/tasted decent with the premade coils that came installed.
some ppl complained about a tight draw. im blowing some nice clouds with stock airflow. now im using 1.2ohm micro coil with a cotton wick and the taste is awesome. other atomizers ive bought did need to be drilled out. they were basically pin holes. these are about 1/16" so it can breath a little bit. I would definitely recommend buying this. A small RDA with big performance and less than $10. Thanks MadVapes (Posted on 2/21/14)

  9. Good little RDA Review by Jacob

This is a SMALL RDA. The name is correct a dripping RDA. Post are perfect distance to build good coils.
(IMO)-My only negative is the airhole is only 1mm, and it does get very hot when vapin for more than a few toots. (Posted on 2/19/14)

  10. Great Little RDA Review by MrWonderful

Removed the stock coil and wrapped a 12/13 1.67ohm with 2 folded silica whicks... Soak and vape with great results. I use this mod on a ZMAX VV/VW Mod without issue. The RDA is only as good as the coil you make. This RDA is a very small formfactor however; still manageable for a rebuildable. Great little single coil RDA and good mouth draw. Thank You MadVapes for another affordable product... (Posted on 2/15/14)

  11. sweet Review by Aaron

I had it recoiled and switched from the oct. wicks to a cottan and it works awesome with out a doubt I am happy (Posted on 2/10/14)

  12. Beast Review by That Dude

Product did not fail to impress. I have mine sitting on top of my gripper /w extension and it looks pretty dang dope. I call it the Gripper Dripper. Micro coil @ 1.2 with a wee bit o' cotton makes this an all day device if you don't mind packing an extra battery or two. For a treat, slam it on top of your lowest voltage drop mod and blast 1-second pulls off of a .2 coil. Buy two so you can have alternate airhole sizes. (Posted on 2/3/14)

  13. Best starting RDA (rebuildable) Review by Jason

This is my first/beginner rebuildable atomizer and the experience is better than I could've hoped. I can't possibly see a reason to spend more on a dripping atomizer (although I'm frugal so...). Add this on to (my first mechanical) the Sentinel clone that Madvapes sells and for under $30, you're vaping at the most top quality level.

If you're coming from clearomizers, you'll, intially, notice that the vape feels a lot harsher. The clearos are made that way, though, and I was vaping 18mg nic. I got used to the throat hit in a day and I'm going out tomorrow to buy some juice and drop down to 12mg nic which will probably let me start enjoying these flavors way more than I have been. Clearos feel "muted" in flavor and hit compared to how good this rebuildable atomizer does.

If you're on a VV device, you can tone down from 3.7v if needed. (Posted on 1/25/14)

  14. good things come in small packages Review by Rex

I was shocked when I saw how tiny it was. I loaded it with my favorite juice and fired it up. To my amazement it produced more vapor than either the single or duel coil Octopus at the same voltage (those are awesome as well). No need to look any further for a great little RDA. (Posted on 12/30/13)

  15. Great Review by Eugene

Produces Lots of vapor. Burns hot though. No leaking. (Posted on 12/23/13)
