USB Ni-MH, Ni-Cd Battery Charger

Check it out. These are made to recharge 1.2 volt NiMH or Ni-Cad batteries from a USB port with with an external adapter. THESE WILL NOT WORK FOR LITHIUM ION Cells.

Why do we have these?
When I saw these, I saw the perfect mod box...2 battery slots, plenty of room at the top for some components or a switch and there's even room down where the circuit board is for some additional stuff. The charger also has a cool sliding cover. Ultrafire protected 14500's are a tight fit but Trustfire protected 14500's fit perfectly.

These measure approximately 103mm long, 42mm wide and 25mm thick.

The top is definitely a bit of a challenge with the pre-cut slots but what about using the USB connector and creating a plug in battery connector (just an idea).

It's definitely possible to mod these into a cool 5 volts or more..

But even if you don't decide to mod one, they're a cool USB charger for the right batteries (just not Li-ion).

	Neither here or there on this unit. You can bypass one of the battery terminals and it will still charge the other. Pros: Recharges battery Plenty of space for a button Cons: Its a little bit longer than a mega 510 battery Almost as wide as a carto, length wise. Plastic is cheap quality My unit is clear blue & silver No specs or manual Short USB cable included No AC cable included

	Great for modding
	The one I got was clear blue, not grey like in the picture. The size of these is very nice in the hand, one of the most ergonomic mods I have held so far. There is plenty of room in the top for electronics. May be a bit difficult to mod for first timers, as you have to use the circuit board that comes with it for the special battery contacts, and you have to mod that circuit board.
