| We will ship your product as it becomes available. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt but may be delayed due to arriving shipments that contain products that you have ordered. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday may not ship until the following Monday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

You agree to allow MadVapes LLC to perform a charge for the products and associated charges listed at checkout and that if for any reason the payment fails after you have received the products, that you are responsible for payment of the charges. |

Returns, Repairs and Exchange Policy
Effective 6/16/2010
For a period of 14 days after receipt of your order we will accept requests for repairs, returns or exchanges for products that are eligible and not covered in other parts of the Returns, Warranty and Exchanges section.
Please test all products upon receipt.
Products that are determined to be defective after the warranty period has expired will not be will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Some products may contain additional warranties and those warranties will be specified in the product description.
All products must be returned, postage paid by the customer, with a valid Ticket Number to be considered for refund, repair or exchange. No refunds or exchanges will be issued prior to receiving the original product back and determining if it is eligible for exchange, repair or refund. Processing of products sent back without a valid Ticket Number will be delayed.
Eligibilty for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failuire. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than MadVapes LLC are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Use our Ticket System to initiate a request if you feel you have a defective product. Instructions will be provided after a request is initiated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
E-Liquid Policy
Please read and understand this policy before purchasing e-liquid.
E-Liquid flavor is consistently inconsistent.. The same source of e-liquid may taste different from batch to batch and vendor to vendor. Variations in flavorings, storage, shipping conditions, age and adulteration may affect the taste or vapor production of e-liquid..
Due to variations in e-liquid we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for these products. All e-liquid purchases are final.
Atomizer Warranty and Return Policy
With so many variables affecting atomizer life and functionality that are not within our control. We regret to have to limit our atomizer replacement policy to DOA units only and a Ticket for replacement must be submitted within 14 days of the receipt of your order..
Atomizers are not eligible for refunds and will be accepted for exchanges only.
Unless otherwise agreed upon between you and MadVapes LLC, ALL DOA atomizers must be returned, postage paid by the customer, to MadVapes LLC before replacements will be sent out..
Please use our Ticket System to initiate an RMA request if you have received a DOA atomizer.
Fulfillment Errors
Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by MadVapes LLC resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 14 days after the receipt of your order.
Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if you feel there is an error please submit a request through our Ticket System. Instructions will be provided once a request is submitted.
Disposable E-Cigarrettes
Disposable e-cigarette kits are not eligible for exchange or refund unless DOA and a Ticket is submitted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please use our Ticket System if you feel you have received a DOA disposable e-cigarette.
Catridges and Cartomizer Refund/Return Policy
Cartomizers and cartridges have no warranty and all purchases are final on these products.

Return, Repair, Exchange Processing Procedure
We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase and we want to help you resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Your timely return of products in question will help us expedite resolving the issue. In the event that we do not have a product in stock we will send a like product of equal or greater value, or provide a refund at our discretion. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by MadVapes LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Priority Shipping is a expedited service from USPS. It does not expedite the processing of your order. All order are packed and shipped in the order they are received. |

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
