Reliable.
Excellent battery. I've used these for years and they have been consistent and reliable. They also fit the Reo Grand perfectly.

Best 18650 I have used
These are a "high discharge" battery - which means they deliver much better performance when used with dual-coil cartomizers. This performs better than all the other 18650s I have tried.

Love these!
For my Omega @ 3.7v these work great. I ordered 3 and all of them hold a charge just fine. I vape a good 16 - 18 hours a day nonstop and while other batteries last 6+ hours for me, these 18650s rock a solid 10 hours and a full 10ml of juice no problem every day.

Just Me
Love these Batts. Both of the ones that I ordered work as expected. They hold a good charge and have a good life span so far. And now for a word about Mad Vapes. GREAT place to deal with. Keep em' a rollin'.

Buy the more expensive ones
I ordered two of these for my roughstak with extension. I am very disappointed with these batteries. 1 came DOA and the other lasts about 6 hours, considering I have ordered all three of these types that Mad Vapes carries, I would say these are the poorest quality out of the three. The others two types have lasted me for over three months of heavy vaping! Stay away from these sad excuses of batteries and go with the more expensive ones!
