14mm across by 27mm tall

These are just a smidge bigger than half the size of a protected 14500 battery.. I think they might be able to fit into an AA battery box with a little modification to the box/connectors but it will be a fun challenge.

Would probably would great in a lot of tube style mods also that take a 14500. 2 in series and at full charge would produce 8.4 volts and unregulated would most likely fry your atomizers. Charger note: These are too short for the AG-126 and AD-103 charger but 3 dimes or pennies on top of the postive terminal when putting them in the charger works great as a work around!
