MadVapes Vapestock Contest Rules

1. Sponsor. This Contest (the Contest) is sponsored by Madvapes LLC, located at 18631 Northline Drive Ste A, Cornelius, NC 28031.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Persons who wish to enter the Contest (each, a Participant) are not required to make any purchase. The purchase of any of Sponsors products or services will not improve a Participants chances of winning a Prize. Void where prohibited.

3. Method of Entry. Participants may enter the Contest by mailing a postcard or letter with complete contact information (Name, address, phone, email, Date of birth) to: MadVapes LLC, Vapestock Contest, 18631 Northline Drive Ste A, Cornelius, NC 28031 OR by online contest entry form at the bottom of this document. Email, Ticket System or other forms of electronic submission will not be accepted. An entry is validly submitted if is received by the Sponsor after the start date and before the End Date (as defined below) and with all required information filled out. Incomplete entries will be discarded. Only one (1) entry will be allowed per IP address per day.

4. Time Period. The Contest begins on January 10^th, 2012 12:00:00 am (EST), as used herein, the term Start Date and ends March 31^st, 2012 11:59:59 pm (EST),as used herein, the term End Date. After the applicable End Date, the Sponsor will, by blind random draw, select the winning contest entry from entries received and promptly notify the winning Participant.

 5. Eligibility. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the Continental United States (void where prohibited). Further, the Contest is open only to a winner and guest who are Twenty one (21) years of age or older as of the applicable Start Date and possess the legal capacity to be bound by and carry out all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Any person who on or after the applicable Start Date (i) is or was an employee or agent of Sponsor, (ii) is an immediate family member (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or spouse) of any such person, or (iii) any person who resides in the same household as a person who on or after the applicable Start Date is or was an employee or agent of Sponsor is NOT eligible to participate or win a Prize.

6. Odds. The odds of winning the Contest will depend upon, without limitation, the total number of completed and validly-submitted entries.

7. Prize. The Winner of the Contest will receive:  One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for (2) to Vapestock, June 8th through June 10th, 2012 at the Holiday Inn Harbourside, 401 Second St, Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785. Trip includes: (i) roundtrip coach air travel from a major commercial airport, within the Continental U.S., near the winners residence, as determined by Madvapes LLC in its sole discretion, to Tampa International airport in Tampa Florida, (ii) round trip transfers to and from the airport/hotel in Tampa, (iii) (2) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy, single room) at the Holiday Inn Harbourside, 401 Second St, Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785 (room fee and tax fee only), (iv) $250 Visa Gift Card. There are no other prizes or compensations  other than described in the prize description above. All other expenses not included in the contest description are the sole responsibility of the contest winner and guest. Contest winner and guest must travel on the same travel itinerary.

8. Drawing, Winner Notification and Acceptance. The drawing of the winning entry will take place on or about April 4^th, 2012. Winners shall be notified either by telephone, mail or by e-mail. The Winner must confirm acceptance of his or her Prize within five (5) days of notification. If MadVapes is unable to reach the winner to give notification within the required timeframe or if a Winner does not confirm acceptance of his or her Prize within the required time frame, a substitute winner for the applicable Prize will be selected by drawing another random entry.

9. General Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Contest, Participant agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By participating in the Contest, Participant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its agents and representatives, and the officers, directors and employees of each, from any and all claims, charges, injuries, liability, loss associated with use or acceptance of the prize. The Contest is void in whole or in part where prohibited by law. A Winner may be required, as a condition of receiving a Prize, to sign and return within a specified time, an affidavit of eligibility, a liability/publicity release, and any other forms or documents required by Sponsor or by tax or other governmental authorities. Sponsor is not responsible for any entry that is incomplete or incorrect, or for any failures, errors, or delays with respect to submission of any entry. Any attempt by any Participant to deliberately interfere with or manipulate the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and may result, among other things, in disqualification from the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, or to modify the Contest, should any factor (including but not limited to fraud or security breach) interfere with the Contest as contemplated by these Official Rules or if Sponsor believes that the Contest has been or will be compromised in any way. Sponsor reserves the right to void any entry submitted for a Prize, if it believes such entry was submitted other than as contemplated by these Official Rules or that the entry has been tampered with in any manner. North Carolina law governs this Contest. Any litigation of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts sitting in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. By submitting an entry, Participant irrevocably consents and submits him or herself to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for such purpose and waives any objection in connection with the same, including, without limitation, any objection with respect to the inconvenience of this venue/forum for resolving any such dispute.

10. Verification. All Contest entries and any other Contest materials are subject to verification by Sponsor.

11. Contest Rules. This document compromises the contest rules in its entirety.

12. Other Contest winner must reside in the Continental United States and Must be at least 21 years or older to participate. Value of prize is approximately $2000.00 and is not redeemable as cash or any other form of credit. Contest Winner and guest must be available and able to travel to the Vapestock event on June 8^th through June 10^th or the prize is forfeited and another Contest winner will be drawn.  If the chosen Contest winner is unavailable or declines the trip, a new winner will be drawn.
